- You can acquire Team Foundation Server in three ways: by buying at least one Visual Studio subscription, by purchasing VSTS user seats, or by procuring a Windows Server VM license. Each method has variable enterprise pricing, which you can see below. Visual Studio for TFS – $45.00/month (Professional) or $250.00/month (Enterprise).

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:
- 'Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic for Stack Overflow as they tend to attract opinionated answers and spam. Instead, describe the problem and what has been done so far to solve it.' – gnat, Rob, ChrisF

Readify used to run their TFSNow hosted TFS service, but I don't think it's going any longer. The only others I've heard of, apart from CodePlex, aren't free:

I know this thread is old, but since a Google search brought me here, it will also do to other people who may find this useful.
Wondering if maybe just need to crack the drive open and see if everything's still soldered that's supposed to be soldered. If I plug the drive in in Ubuntu, LED lights up, reboot into Windows, LED still lit, and then unplug and replug the drive in, it goes back to how it was before with the LED going out in 30-45 seconds.Unfortunately, data recovery programs are useless until the computer recognizes there's a drive plugged in. Hey there, mercyrain.Well, you could try accessing the drive via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD (this is basically a freeware, bootable, portable version of Linux), to see if it's properly recognized and if you can get to your files. There's a computer fix-it store in town, will quiz them tomorrow before I start cracking drive cases though. Sandisk cruzer fit driver windows 10. If that doesn't help, try out a few data recovery programs: and you manage to recover your files, I'd suggest that you try reformatting the drive via Disk Management, to see if that fixes it.
Microsoft recenly launched Visual Studio Online, which is free for projects with up to 5 users:
I have been using it for a while, and it integrates completely with Visual Studio 2013. It claims integration with other IDEs too. Apart from TFS, Git can also be used with it.
